Head of Internal Audit, Internal Control and Risk Management. She has extensive experience in the industrial and retail sector in international environments. Degree in economics and certifications in fraud, internal control, risks, compliance and corporate governance.
I created the Internal Control, Internal Control Over Financial Information (SCIIF in listed companies in Spain; similar to SOX for SEC listed companies) Internal Audit and Risk Management functions at Gestamp and Grupo DIA from scratch. Participating in its IPO and its transformation.
I led digital transformation projects: migration from AS/400 to SAP and development of various applications in-house, among others. In all of them I maximized the value of the investment and all of them still keep functioning.
