An organization that is fit for the future will need to navigate accelerating change and increasing complexity; to do so, it must become more innovative, adaptive and resilient. Through my applied research centre and professional services firm, I have spent the past 15+ years co-leading a global movement focused on enabling organizations (private, public and non-profit) to develop systemic management practices and the capabilities needed to evolve in response to rapidly changing conditions. I have identified and gained experience using leading systemic innovations from across the globe, which have been designed to match the complexity that is increasingly overwhelming leaders across sectors. Having dedicated my career to maximizing impact over intellectual property and profits, I have steered away from the traditional management consulting model, which is known for building dependencies over time. Instead, I work hand-in-hand with leaders, enabling them to safely and confidently adapt strategic management practices and to build the new and deeper capabilities they will need to effectively navigate the future on their own.
