Rafael Garcia Gallo

Rafael Garcia is an economist and has developed his career in several multinationals holding management positions in almost all areas. An expert in family business transformation, it was precisely this that led him to the Balearic Islands, where he managed Dielectro Balear, part of the Sonepar Group, before embarking on developing his own projects. With extensive experience in entrepreneurship, he has launched projects such as Breeze Mist Water, Dlight Lighting Solutions, and 24plans.com. He is a Director of the Startups Visualfy and an Associate of the expert financing consultancy Mindhead, Certified in Corporate Governance by the Instituto de Consejeros Administradores (ICA), and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs and SMEs.
