I am a strong techno-commercial professional with over 40 years of international experience including 25 years in C-level management roles in challenging environments both inside and outside India. Has an established record of growth in running businesses in international markets. Led Companies both in the established and emerging information technology /engineering businesses especially in the area of integrated systems. I am an approved mentor of Startup India and help a leading technology incubator for the IDEX program. I am a also certified Independent Director approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Proven track record in Corporate leadership, IT and Management Consulting, managing multi-technology cross-functional teams, developing technology strategies and building new business models for growth, managing Strategic Business Units in information technology companies, initiating Investment / Acquisition deals, formulating turnaround strategies, business development and restructuring, expansion initiatives, Program Management and Relationship Management.

1. Experience with Incubators
(Worked for over two years with IndiaCo Ventures Ian InfoeDev(World Bank) incubator) as consultant technology)
• Providing help to entrepreneurs in preparing new business plans
• Evaluating of Technology based business plans for feasibility and investments.
• Teaching / coaching entrepreneurs to make presentations for investors (both for angel and growth stages)

2. Hands on Experience of a Start up as a CEO
(Worked for over 18 moths as a CEO of the Artificial intelligence product-based consultancy start-up- InStrategem)
• Business Plan won a grant from InfoDev (World Bank) to go to Geneva ICT Forum in Switzerland and present to investors
• Made Presentation to investors for investments
• Completed a world bank sponsored project
• Handed over the company to the angel investor after incubation.

3. Hands on Experience of mentoring Start up entrepreneurs
(Currently mentoring a technology based successful hydroponic system based indoor organic production unit start up as Independent Director)
• Started from Market research-based feasibility study
• Developing a Business Plan and incorporation of a limited company
• Production has already started

4. Hands on Experience of Turning around and Growth Strategies
(Worked for over 20 years in this role in top Management)
• Developed Turned around Strategy for Growel Softech Ltd. India as Sr VP (Op.)
• Hands on experience in turning around MicroCenter Group as GOO and Group General manager in Bahrain credited with turning around from a loss making company into a US$50m turnover group.

Have above above-average academic background with M.S. from IIT, Roorkee, India, B.Engr. (Electronics and Telecommunications), MBA (Systems), Pune University, India, and Research work in IT Strategic Management (from BITS (Pilani)/ IIM (Lucknow), India (eqvt M.Phil. (applied))
