Prof. Dr. Christian Höftberger

I am an experienced leader (ex CEO, Founder, Advisor, moderator, orchestrating difficult situations) for healthcare companies. I%27ve been working for approximately 20 years for private owned hospital chains in Germany. Since 2 years I built up a boutique consulting firm specialized on restructuring, strategy, M&A, ESG, Digitalization and all the challenges when becoming more efficient, lean and %22outpatient%22 oriented (legal, organizational, strategic, structural and especially cultural themes, i.e. hiring and retention the right staff for the %22customers%22 in in- and outpatient structures). I am also familiar with med- and biotech and pharmaceutical industries as well as the special real estate assets of medical and health centers (outpatient operating theaters, laboratories) and a well known networker (collaborative advantage).
I did a Dr. in Law (in Austria, where I was born), an Executive MBA at St. Gallen and several Advisory diplomas (as %22qualified Board member%22 - qualifizierter Aufsichtsrat by Deutsche Börse and at the St. Gallen university). I am teaching health economics as a (part-time) Professor at the MSH - Medical School Hamburg.
