Past 12 years I%27ve worked at Grape People that is a consulting and training company specialised in collaboration consulting and facilitation training. In 2014 we expanded to China and tried different growth strategies in the Asian market. I%27m happy to share our key learnings. At the same time I became the CEO of our business in Finland. We are happy, our customers are happy and we are growing.
Next to my daily job I%27m working as a board member in small design company and in a wind energy company.
