I am currently active on two boards, fintech and e-commerce. Both companies are listed. I act as executive chair in one of these companies, primarily focused on M&A and capital markets.
As an executive, I am always focused on what it best for business. It sometimes means making tough decisions.
I am a passionate leader, and I love doing business. I am especially fond of building growth but have taken many enterprises through tough periods of extreme boot strapping.
I have extensive experience of management, recruiting and building teams, and also the reverse: cost cutting and layoffs.
With a background in journalism, I also have communication and PR skills.
On an international level, I have experience from doing business in the US, Australia, Asia, the Middle East and in Europe (primarily Germany, UK, Spain, Benelux and the Nordics).
I have founded and successfully built, three FMCG companies, all with a digital focus and broad international sales.
