For the last 20 years, I%27ve been CEO and president in the automotive and luxury goods business. I worked in companies of all sizes, from large multinationals to family businesses. Some businesses were deep in the red and needed to be reshaped, re-oriented or simply scaled back. Others had the potential to grow, but needed vision, alignment and discipline. All assignments were successful because:
- I have a strong personal network of key people in the automotive industry and extreme luxury motor cars;
- I act with a sense of urgency;
- I have a gift for identifying talents within the organization and making them work in harmony;
- I am proficient in developing new markets and designing strategies and tools to serve them.

I am a driver of change, so I can bring value to every company facing major changes (turnaround, growth, opening up new markets, reorientation...). While the first half of my career has been with FCA (now Stellantis), since 2004 I have been working with family businesses. On the one hand, I have experience with family shareholders. On the other, I leveraged my experience with multinationals to introduce processes and best practices in SMEs.
