Philip Sevelius

I have been working full time as advisor, board member and angel investor since 2015. My main focus has been with health, care and service companies based in Sweden as advisor and board member.
My angel investment experience spans different areas in tech from HR to transport/bike share.

Previous to working as advisor I was doing 10 years in M&A, the larger part of the time focusing on smaller transactions, an experience I have brought into my advisory and board roles.

The company and founder + CEO that would most benefit from my experience is therefore a company which is looking to use acquisitions as a means to speed up growth to go from a small to a medium sized company. I bring the tools, knowledge and experience to take an active supporting role in the whole process from valuation through due diligence to legal agreements.

In my longest serving board role (2018 -> today) we have gone from an annual turnover 30 msek -> est 250 msek and transformed from a founder led company to having an externally appointed CEO with a fully formed management team.
