I am senior level executive with comprehensive C-level and Board Member experience.
During my career, I have proofed to learn and understand quickly and successfully new businesses. My latest experience is from being CEO at fintech startup that wanted to disrupt the secondary market of stocks of unlisted companies. Unfortunately, further finance was on hold due to the reaction of the financial regulatory in Finland. However, setting up a startup and living the dream was a blast, and I am pleased to have this kind of experience as well. Before this startup, I was CEO and Board Member at a Finnish healthtech company.
At that assignment, I successfully executed a strategic turnaround as CEO at Megaklinikka Group (part of Panostaja Plc listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange).
My passion and experience are to contribute organizations in their major strategic and operational changes, and hence I am interested in Board Member / CEO positions in such companies.
I have wide experience leading multicultural organizations and doing business in most of the European countries, especially in Germany and the Nordics.
