In 2020 I started my own consultancy and interim management agency DMSB B.V. set up. After years of working as a high-profile advisor as a Senior Managing Partner at Gartner, I decided to set up my own company and, through independently positioned, honest and concrete advice and coaching, to help organizations, specifically in Public Sector predominately Defence and Police, and individuals achieve lasting changes and sustainable results.
