My strength as an advisor or board member is the ability to quickly understand complex organizations, identify what is actually causing a problem, and turn strategy into practical and sustainable solutions.
I combine a senior management perspective with a strong understanding of people, operations, work environment and organizational dynamics.
I am particularly well suited to owner-led companies, SMEs, public or publicly owned organizations, and companies undergoing growth, restructuring or generational change.
