I have gained skills and experience in the fields of leadership, marketing, strategic management and organizational development, medical industry etc.
During the latest 13 years I have been working for two global pharmaceutical companies: Pfizer (/later Zoetis) and Schering-Plough(/MSD). In my positions I have been responsible for both leadership, B-to-B marketing and sales as well as consumer marketing. I also have experience in change management in organizations with plenty of expert managers and multicultural & matrix business environments.
My core thesis is to base all the business actions on a thorough understanding of Customers. I have learnt to listen closely to the motivational factors of Customers/Stakeholders. I see this as one of the absolutely most important skills in reaching successful business results and creating win-win type of co-operative relationships and networks both at the home markets and internationally.
I have been involved in many types of business management and marketing activities as well as participated in a number of educational courses and Executive Coaching related to business leadership, marketing and change management.
