Pavel Pavlovsky

I bring over two decades of leadership experience across technology, telecoms, and space-tech sectors, including CEO and COO roles in organisations ranging from high-growth startups to publicly listed (LSE, NASDAQ) companies with revenues of $300M to $1.7B, valuations up to $45B, and teams of 5,000+ employees.

My responsibilities have included full P&L ownership, large-scale operational management, execution of major company restructurings and transformations as well as investment programmes.

I have overseen turnarounds, M&A transactions, valuations, due diligence processes, divestments, and integration activities, as well as managed multi-year capital and technology investment portfolios.

As COO of a global high-tech group, I led operations across 30+ countries and executed several acquisition and restructuring deals. As CEO of a major mobile operator and later an OSS/BSS technology company, I delivered significant financial and operational improvements, including transitioning loss-making units to profitability.

Today, as the founder and CEO of GeoKinesia, an space tech company, I lead innovation in satellite-based monitoring and sustainable-risk intelligence. I also bring a scientific grounding through a Master’s degree in geoscience and ecology, and 1st Tier MBA from INSEAD.

Finally, I have first hand Board and Investment committee member experience at different international companies and VCs.
