Leadership teams bring me in at moments of growth, reinvention or investment readiness: when the market has moved, the proposition needs sharpening, or the commercial engine is not keeping pace with ambition.

I am a founder, former scale-up CMO and current board-level advisor who helps technology-enabled businesses turn ambition into better commercial choices.

I have lived both sides of the work. I spent 11 years running a consultancy for technology businesses, then stepped into operating roles to build companies from within.

At INSHUR, I helped take the business from seed stage to Series B. At Nuon AI, I co-founded a B2B deep-tech company, led the go-to-market and devised and ran a £1.3m seed funding round.

I am most useful where a founder or CEO needs an independent partner who can look across commercial strategy, market positioning, technology adoption and value creation.

I bring energy and candour, but I am not interested in creating process for its own sake. The point is to make clearer decisions, build confidence and create a business that is easier to grow, fund or eventually sell.
