I advise companies and family offices in investments, business development and strategic initiatives. I have a unique background of previously raising $12 billion of capital as an investment banker and taking numerous companies public, being a CEO of a public company, completing turnarounds and investing in private companies and achieving significant equity returns for investors. I am currently on the board of two companies and previous have been on the board of eight other companies. Outside of the United States, I have operated in China, Vietnam and numerous European countries.
