
At the moment, I head the Global Customer Success team at Nosto - a leading AI personalisation platform. With a background in entrepreneurship, retail, and software, I joined the nosto%27s London office in 2014. After three years growing the UK market, I became part of the Nosto management team serving a team of 20+ professionals in empowering Nosto customers maximise the value they receive from the Nosto platform, as well as spearheading multiple strategy initiatives, from the planning and roll-out of a business model change, to validating the product innovation routes.
