I am an experienced technically skilled CFO with International growth experience who thrive in helping organisations grow, deliver its strategy while ensuring the organisation is well funded, able to optimise its opportunities while managing and reducing financial and business risk.
Leveraging experience from different type of industries and different sizes of businesses I believe I can foresee some of the challenges an organisation can face hence can add value through a proactive advisory role ensuring the organisation is not taken by surprise. I am good at reviewing corporate reporting and working with external/internal auditors to ensure the trust in the organisation%27s financials is maintained.
I speak Swedish and Hindi and have worked a diverse number of legal entities globally hence appreciate and work well with culturally different teams.
I bring with me very good project management skills and able to create a KPI driven performance culture. I believe I can support the board and CFO during transition, M&A or organic growth.
