I am a senior executive with board-level experience and relevant background in both renewable energy and Information and Communication Technologies, with a passion for sustainability and innovation and a highly entrepreneurial approach.
In the sectors of renewable energy and sustainability I have more than fourteen years of experience, with strong focus on solar photovoltaics, where I started in 2006 as director of a large investment program in an international merchant bank; in 2009 I co-founded and managed a 32 M€ private fund, specialised in PV power plants in Italy, and between 2011 and 2017 I was Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of a consulting firm having performed, among others, numerous assignments for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, all related to renewable energy and energy efficiency market.
I am as well a Senior International Adviser of the EBRD and was selected to perform a long-term advisory contract for a leading Romanian packaging waste management (Extended Producer Responsibility) company.
Since 2017 I am Board Member of one of the largest integrated municipal waste management companies in Italy.
I have significant experience also in the context of startups in various sectors, both with managerial roles and as a business angel and mentor.
In terms of geographical availability, I can travel or relocate.
