I have IT work experience from 1987 until today. That includes programming, Database Managing, Project Supporting, IT training, Configuration Management, Testing, Quality Assurance, Board memberships, Steering groups and Management in several different positions. I have been a team leader and a line manager since 1998. Business areas include Banking and Insurance, CRM, Personnel Management, Web Sites, Online Web Store and Social media, Cloud IaaS and Infra Capacity / Continuous Services and Access Services in Microsoft Productivity Platforms.
To me it is inspiring to help improving the quality of the services, i.e. improve client satisfaction while meeting the strategic goals of the organization.
