My mission is to make the world better with people and technology. My interest is continuous development. I bring to the table my large business background and acumen, deep understanding of digitalization and cultural & people development. Over 20 years I have served in several leadership positions (Board, Partner/Advisor, CEO, COO, Business Director, Manager) in Nordic groups/companies and worked with international partners. Most of my experience originates from ICT, communication, publishing and learning industries. The clients of businesses are from several industries in private and public sectors. In my operative roles I%27ve been responsible of different business functions (admin, marketing communication, sales, delivery).
Education background: M.Sc. and three other degreeds/diplomas. Subjects: Computer Science, Accounting, Adult development, Psychology. Certificates: Certified Board Member (+ Chairperson), Certified Business Coach, EA, several certificates regarding leadership, interaction, agility, projects and ICT.
Current status: Acting as a partner to leaders.
- Senior Partner, advisory, (interim) leadership and coaching assignments.
- Time available for SMB/larger company board member/advisor assignments.
