My career has been defined by value creation from both general management support and financial leadership roles, driving international expansion, business transformation processes, and leading mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects.

Directly responsible for corporate operations and cross-border integrations. Experienced in multi-entity and multi-country financial planning and management in complex markets. My strategic and operational approach has significantly contributed to profitable growth, having doubled profitability at Guzmán Global through operational improvements, company professionalization, and a structured and efficient expansion into international markets. Experienced in markets such as Italy, Turkey, and Malaysia.

This global perspective has led me to serve on the Advisory Board of Guzmán Minerals, the Board of Directors of Guzmán Coffee & Nuts, and the boards of other ventures in the Venture Capital ecosystem (Art Troop, Criptan).

I led the redefinition of the internal audit function upon joining Guzmán Global and was a member of its Audit and Control Committee. I currently serve on the Compliance Committee of Guzmán Minerals.

I bring a combination of global vision with strong financial and tax strategy fundamentals, redefinition of efficient business processes to support growth and internationalization, strategic thinking, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance expertise.
