I have worked in the financial sector for the last 38 years, both in the public and private sectors. In my career I have always put emphasis on the implementation of technological changes and how they have revolutionized the processes and how they will continue to do so. I have been a supervisor, regulator, operator and especially an implementer of new projects oriented towards operational efficiency and effectiveness from the revamping of established institutions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the creation and start-up of new companies. I´m currently an independent board member of different companies in diverse areas where I have three primary duties: the fiduciary duty, the duty of loyalty, and the duty of independent advisory always serving the company as if it were my own.
