I have a long career in construction management, working both directly for the client and as a consultant. I have experience from domestic market in Finland and also in foreign projects mainly in Russia and the Baltic states. Despite my technical background I am good with people skills. I am a team player, having played and refereed Rugby Union for many years. I believe I can have a major input in projects and change management.
