I am currently the Europe Operations Manager for Schlumberger Production Chemistry (PC), based in the UK. Previous assignments include US and Norway. I have a MSc in Chemistry from the University of Bergen, and a MBA from Warwick Business School.
I have initiated several cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives throughout my career, where I thrive in an environment with collaboration between various function such as technical, sales, marketing and operations. I am passionate about building teams with a collaborative leadership style, and enjoy mentoring and developing people.
In my free time, I pursue my passion for travel, cooking, reading and personal development. I am interested in petroleum chemistry, sustainable chemistry, energy transition technologies, strategy, and business.
