Nora Kaarela

I have 25+ years of experience across life sciences and health technology as a senior executive and investor, combining deep operating experience with a strong passion for building impactful healthcare companies. Led biopharma, diagnostics, and medtech companies as CEO and senior executive, and worked closely with leadership teams and boards from early stage through international scale-up and commercialization.

I have extensive experience supporting venture funds in deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and board-level work with portfolio companies, and have executed exits and secondary transactions. Particularly motivated by helping teams translate strong science and technology into clinically meaningful, commercially successful solutions, and has championed strategic and commercial partnerships across diverse therapeutic areas, including digital health–enabled solutions.

I hold an M.Sc. in Medical Electronics and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.
