I%27ve also helped in developing the very company I work for - as a planner, team leader, coach, superior and lately also as a member of the management team. Before that, I spent two years in a store furniture company and took part in the company%27s rebirth from an product-orientated company to a modern, customer-orientated and successful company. And earlier I spent almost a decade as a creative marketing designer and copywriter in advertising agencies, specializing in interesting and diverse national and international cases.
