I am Strategic Growth Advocate and a former medical doctor with experience and expertise as an advisor and strategist throughout the healthcare industry. I have served as a Medical Affairs Executive for a multinational generics manufacturer, overseeing teams in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. As a strategic development specialist, workstream lead, coach, and moderator, I successfully evaluated product proposals, advised on acquisitions, developed internal training programmes, client onboarding programs, primary health strategies, and successfully advised on and executed organisational change management projects.

Currently, I coach early career and mid-career women in developing effective career growth strategies leveraging various learning opportunities, networks and communities, in and outside their industries.
