My name is Noam David Stern, and I am from Copenhagen, Denmark but have lived and worked in China since 2005.
Over the past 20 years, I have provided practical advice and supporting business and legal services to numerous foreign companies covering market access, foreign investment, and operations in China that also includes IPR protection and Incorporation.
Today, I am the CEO of the Nordic Life Science Platform (www.nlsp.dk) with offices in Shanghai and Copenhagen that gives foreign medtech, healthtech, and drug companies a safer, easier, and faster access to the Chinese healthcare market by taking advantage of the preferential policies and opportunities at the Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area.
All of this has given me solid know-how and hands-on experience with the most critical success factors of doing business in China.
I understand what it takes for foreign companies to enter, navigate, and operate in China with a particular focus on health and life science.
As an Advisor, more foreign (life science) companies will be able to explore and benefit from many new and still untapped business opportunities in China with lower entry barriers and reduced risk.
