Dear, I´m a person who has always decided the next step in my development, aiming to be one step ahead, and therefore love to read/study, very interested in megatrends and its impact in the society, and not least very motivated to see team members growing/developing themselves. As I had the opportunity to work locally and globally, have the self awareness to sense different cultures and behaviours nuances. Also had the opportunity to have done two circles of job rotation (first tactical, second strategical), in the areas of Technology, Operations and Commercial, made me have a good business perspective, having customers, employes and society in focus, As a Business Advisor have done work for UD Trucks in Japan, and Munters in Brazil, aiming to support their business transformation journey., this among many other business advisor projects my office has been involved.
