Having spent the best part of 25 years in management positions in global tech companies I really like to share the experience – good and bad – that I have accumulated. At the last company I worked at I was part of the journey from 40 to 200 MEUR, a journey that comes with a lot of learnings that are relevant for many other companies. My primary strenght is to be able to combine a deep tech understanding with customer value and business development. I have spent about equal time on product development and sales, and I look at companies holistically. Where I think I can contribute the most is with transformation – product, tech or customers.
