Niina Karvinen

As a business developer with a heart of an entrepreneur, my passion is to help people and companies to fulfil their business dreams.

Today I work as a business development specialist in academic environment, coaching both researchers and students with their business ideas as well as building up an innovation centre in the University of Oulu.

When developing and coaching I use Lean startup methodology, multiple innovation and service design tools as my instruments. As I have worked over 15 years in international marketing and marketing communications, helping both B2B and B2C companies to establishing their business, growing or heading to the international market, my viewpoint for business development is often marketing. My years in games have also gain me expertise in digital business and in metrics and analytics.

Last years I have used my skills to help companies (startups & SME%27s) to level up as an interim. I add value to companies also as a board member or a business advisor.
