I am an expert professional in corporate finance with over 15 years of experience.
I have worked as an M&A Senior Analyst at Arner Bank and as an M&A Manager at CapitaLink Corporate Finance. I currently serve as the Global Coordinator for Hybris Corporate Finance.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated on a series of significant structured projects, including the turnaround plan for Carrozzeria Bertone, the agreement with creditors of Fondazione San Raffaele del Monte Tabor, the acquisition of Driade SpA, the turnaround business plan of the IVRI group, the acquisition of Aulab by the Multiversity Group, the IPO of Yakkyo SpA, and the turnaround plan for the Pescaria Group.
I have managed numerous M&A and financial restructuring operations, both Italian and cross-border, mainly in the real estate, consumer goods, transportation and logistics, private security, education, and automotive sectors.
I boast a significant track record in complex financial restructuring operations, including bankruptcy procedures. I have also gained considerable experience in fundraising activities for startups and innovative SMEs through venture capital investment rounds and IPOs. My expertise extends to strategic planning for internationalization processes, focusing on the Middle East, where I am a certified consultant for the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE.
Accredited as an Innovation Manager by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, I am among the 70 professionals in Italy certified as an Experienced Executive Professional by Manageritalia. I am also a finance lecturer at SPEGEA Business School, author of manuals for accountants and accounting experts, and member of the steering committee of the Puglia and Basilicata section of ANDAF (Italian CFO Association).
I also serve as a Board Member of Aulab Srl, an innovative SME operating in the edutech sector, an Investment Committee Member of the investment holding Sullivan Ventures, and a Delegate to the National Assembly of Manageritalia Executive Professional for the Puglia, Calabria, and Basilicata section.
