I’m a senior executive and board member with over 30 years of experience leading digital transformation and innovation in highly regulated, technology-driven sectors — energy, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and banking.
As former Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at A2A, and previously CIO at Leonardo, Vodafone, and Iccrea, I’ve led large, international teams of up to 800 people and managed technology portfolios worth over €300 million. My focus has always been on connecting technology, innovation, and people to create lasting business value.
Today, I serve as Advisor within the Bain Advisory Network, Board Member at Syllotips, and Executive Board Member and Adjunct Professor at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management. I help organizations shape their innovation strategy, build digital ecosystems, and strengthen governance for sustainable growth.
