I’m seeking to contribute at board level as an Independent Director, bringing over 13 years of experience in R&D-driven environments across regulated industries such as automotive and MedTech, healthcare, and transformation, including work with OEMs, Roche Diagnostics, HSLU, and clinical settings such as LUKS. My work sits at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and real-world application, where promising technologies often fail not because of the science, but because of complexity that is not fully understood or addressed.

I work with founders and leadership teams at critical inflection points, whenever it%27s challenging to make the few decisions that will actually determine whether something works, scales, or disappears from the market. I bring a systems view that connects product, organization, and strategy, shaped by my background in leadership, coaching, and organizational development.

I have supported early-stage ventures, including an AI-driven, non-invasive diagnostics startup in endometriosis or a startup in the sustainable energy space, in translating technology into viable business models and credible market positioning, teambuilding, org development, and scaling.

At board level, I bring direct yet empathetic clarity, constructive challenge, and calm grounding in situations where complexity usually blurs the sight ahead. I care deeply about building solutions that hold up in real-world healthcare systems, and I contribute with conviction, presence, and a collaborative, grounded way of working.
