My background spans both early-stage startups and large enterprise environments, where I’ve worked on building and scaling AI and data systems end-to-end from early product definition and architecture decisions through to production deployment, governance, and organisational adoption.
As an advisor or board member, I bring a rare combination of hands-on technical depth and executive-level translation. I’m able to challenge product and architecture decisions early, stress-test AI strategy against real-world constraints (scale, security, regulation, procurement), and help teams avoid the common pitfalls that prevent AI products from reaching production.
I’m particularly valuable in situations where companies are moving from “AI potential” to “AI at scale” where decisions around architecture, data foundations, and adoption strategy become critical.
