Builder first, board member second. In 2017 I co-founded Purple Panda, grew it and exited. Since then I%27ve kept building. Today I%27m CEO of Finn HR, an AI recruiting platform for blue-collar talent that was nominated for HRtech Startup of the Year. Along the way I also built BlackBear AI Labs, a B2B safety workwear business and an AI coaching joint venture. I serve on the board of FeWeb and co-chaired other boards.

I%27ve been through the whole cycle: start, scale, exit, and sometimes stop. In the boardroom I%27m the one asking %22why aren%27t we doing this yet?%22 AI that actually makes money, sharp B2B go-to-market, exit experience and a network across the Belgian startup, HR and digital scene. I%27m fluent in Dutch, English and limited French.
