I%27ve spent over 20 years in payments, most of it in commercial leadership roles at fintechs and acquirers including Barclaycard, Cashflows, Truevo and CelerisPay. I%27ve built and scaled sales and GTM functions from scratch, taken products from zero to real revenue, and led through periods of rapid growth, market exit, and turnaround. I%27m currently CEO and co-founder of Unetix, a payments intelligence platform, and I sit as a Non-Executive Director at Encoded, alongside advisory work with DataWhisper and CYJAX.

What makes me useful in an advisory or board seat is that I%27ve actually done the job the company is trying to figure out how to do. I%27ve built commercial teams from one person to over twenty, taken a business through EU market entry after a UK exit, and rebuilt sales processes that doubled win rates in months. I bring practical, pattern-recognition experience rather than theory. I%27ve seen what works and what doesn%27t across acquiring, PSPs, orchestration, and merchant services, so I can spot the right partnerships, the right GTM sequencing, and the operational traps before they cost time and money.
