I have enhanced liaison and negotiation skills which enable successful collaboration with stakeholders from a wide range of professional, technical, and cultural backgrounds, while my advanced business acumen and solid qualifications ensures that I have a firm understanding of effective processes and systems, including the resolution of issues and the implementation of appropriate improvements.

At a board level, my highlights happened in 2017 and 2018, when I was the Committee Chairperson for the Regional and Local Employment Equity Consultation Committees. I have also been a member of Sanlam’s Regional Sales Committee since 2018.
As a current Business Manager with Sanlam, I am a strong leader who built a cohesive team with strict enforcement of statutory regulations, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements.
I also worked as Regional Marketing Manager at Old Mutual and before that I was Business- and Broker Consultant at Discovery.
Apart from being a Certified Director with the IoDSA, I also hold an MBA, a BComm. Law and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management from the University of KZN. I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management and the RE1/RE5 South African financial regulatory examinations.
Another of my highlights was being published in an International Journal - IGI Global - %22Handbook of Research on Educational Leadership and Research Methodology%22 - The Quest for Organizational Value and Meaningful Work.
I am a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and the IoDSA.
