I have been a board member for several years, predominantly in B2B2C SaaS models, across UK and US. I also got myself involved in a few SaaS startups at different stages, from idea inception to seed investment and product launch and growth.
I practice active listening as an effective technique to guide leaders in their journey. I have expertise in all business stages (from start-up and scale-up to corporate and global expansion), but my forte is working with companies that are going through a fast growth period (30-100% ARR). I bring a helicopter view to the table whilst being able to get down and dirty when needed.
