Nameeta Kustagi

I bring 21+ years of experience spanning technology, consulting, organisational leadership and executive management, including 8 years as an Executive Director and Global Head of People & Culture in a multinational organisation.

I am particularly valuable to companies navigating growth, scale or organisational transition, where the challenge is no longer just having a good business, but building the leadership, operating rhythm, culture and organisational capabilities needed to sustain it.

As a board member or advisor, I bring a practical operator’s perspective: I have built organisations, worked closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams, led through acquisitions and change, established global leadership and performance practices, and operated as a statutory director. My contribution is strongest where the board needs a deeper perspective on leadership, organisation, governance and the human side of everything.
