I’m most valuable when a company has something genuinely promising - and needs to figure out how to turn that promise into a business.

I’m a CEO, Board director, entrepreneur and global commercial strategist with 18 years of experience across healthcare, life sciences and technology. I bring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across commercialization, global business development, GTM, partnerships, risk assessment & management, fundraising, investor readiness and organizational growth.

Having worked across pharma, biotech, medtech, digital health and general tech, I’m particularly good at connecting the dots between technology, market, people and capital - challenging assumptions, identifying what is missing, and translating complexity into practical strategic choices.

I’m also Co-Founder of DDS, a due-diligence methodology that evaluates companies through three interconnected lenses: scientific/technological readiness, commercial feasibility and human capital. That experience gives me an investor-style perspective alongside my operating experience as a CEO.

I’m particularly relevant to startups and growth companies in healthcare, life sciences, deep-tech and technology that are commercializing complex innovation, entering international markets, preparing for investment or partnerships, or navigating a significant strategic transition.

As a board member or advisor, I don’t want to simply occupy a seat. I want to ask the questions that matter, open useful doors, and help management turn good technology into a strong, scalable business.
