I am a principal consultant and independent practitioner in enterprise and business architecture, with more than 18 years of experience supporting complex transformation initiatives across insurance, financial services, the public sector, and large organizations.

I work directly with executives and leadership teams to align and drive transformation across strategy, architecture, and execution. My contribution goes beyond frameworks and models — I support organizations in clarifying strategic direction, shaping initiatives, enabling governance and decision-making, and ensuring coherence between business priorities, technology, and delivery.

I combine advisory, delivery, and mentoring, working hands-on to translate complexity into clarity, structure decision-making, and ensure that transformation efforts lead to tangible and sustainable outcomes.

In parallel, I actively contribute to the profession as a Co-Lead within the Business Architecture Guild and as VP of Communications for the IIBA DC Chapter, supporting the evolution of standards and best practices.

I am also engaged as a speaker and instructor in international conferences and professional programs, helping organizations better design, align, and govern their transformation initiatives.
