I have 17 years of private equity experience, investing in mid-size businesses and driving value creation through cross-border M&A, operational improvements, international expansion, and governance transformations. Over my career, I have helped companies scale operations, optimize strategy, and execute successful exits across the Nordic, UK, and international markets.




Currently, I serve as a non-executive director on the boards of Sordin and ByWit and as a board observer for a UK private equity-backed healthcare services investment. In these roles, I provide strategic oversight, ensuring businesses achieve sustainable long-term growth while strengthening governance and leadership capabilities.
