I bring more than 20 years of experience in the Healthcare industry in both Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. I had the chance to lead senior roles in Latam, US and Europe. As a strategist and as P&L owner I led business turnarounds, business expansion projects, global product launches and digital transformation initiatives among others. I have been a global champion for Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
I can add value to organisations facing a strategy transformation, a go to market model change, an expansion to new geographies, an evaluation of the indirect vd direct channel strategy among others. I can support different size organisations in the healthcare, wellbeing environment as well as investors in this space. I have an interest in start ups ad they look to validate the right business model to pursue.
