Minja Kokkonen

My broad experience covers all B2B and B2C product business functions from design and manufacturing to marketing, sales and logistics. I%27ve led and developed the sourcing & SC functions, and later business development and sustainability of many (Finnish but international) succesful brands (Golla, Reima, Rovio, Touchpoint) growth companies for nearly 10 years. I%27m especially familiar with the textile business and other consumer goods. For the past few years I%27ve been concentrating on business development (incl. circular business), internationalization and led various big projects succesfully. I enjoy tem leadership, management team work as well as (strategy) work together with top management/the board of directors.
I would be a good advisor as I%27m extremely driven, collaborative, and I understand the big picture easily. My development oriented thinking is quickly trying to come up with possible solutions and scenarios, not only with the help of past experience but by combining knowledge with current and future trends of the industry and customer behaviour. I have very good understanding in textile recycling/ circularity. Customer is always in the center of my work.
