I have founded two SaaS companies in Finland and scaled both internationally - one to the US with $3M of VC funding and the other to Sweden with organic growth.
Having built my companies from scratch, I can literally advise on all operational roles of a SaaS business: sales, marketing, customer success and product development.
In addition to the operational functions, I can also provide a lot of value with G&A related aspects such as hiring, leadership, finance, accounting, etc.
