Experienced Business Executive and Board Professional | Industrial Operations, International Sales & M&A | Strong Leadership in Business Transformation
With over 25 years of experience in executive and board-level roles, I have built a career across industrial sectors both in Finland and internationally. I began my career at Eimo as a Production Manager, progressing to Key Account Sales and eventually managing the entire Laitila plant as Plant Manager. In 2002, I also took on the role of Managing Director for the group’s Dutch subsidiary, leading both operations simultaneously.
In 2004, I was part of a major M&A transaction involving MPO, after which I became CEO and co-owner of Coreplast Laitila Oy. I successfully led the company for 10 years, also serving on its board. In 2014, I co-founded Tukimet Oy and transitioned into my current role overseeing international sales and marketing. I also serve as Chairman of the Board at Tukimet.
Alongside my executive career, I have held numerous board and supervisory positions across various sectors including industrial subcontracting, insurance, and health & wellbeing services. Most recently, I served as Chairman of the Governance of Finland’s largest insurance group.
