I enjoy working with evolving companies and segments, elevate the level of digitalization in order to increase the company value and implementing ways of working to both accelerate growth and increase company EV. My heart beats for the commercialization of companies with technology at their core. In my last assignment (Empower IM), we took the company from a rather messy and unstructured organization to a recognized leader (even internationally) with a scalable commercial product and service offering – which eventually was sold to a new PE with a significant EV increase. As is evident from my experience, and specifically my two most recent posts, I have successfully enabled organizations to achieve these objectives.
I have lived and worked abroad almost 15 years, hence have a profound understanding how to conduct business not only in Finland but also abroad along with a solid GTM strategy.

I am also involved with a smaller SW / Analytic company%27s Board of Directors (https://www.anaxeos.io/), as well as to invest. I have found it refreshing, hence a Board of Directors work in a company which seeks an international expansion with value add boost is interesting.
Lastly my family status allows me to travel and even relocate abroad if preferred.
