About

MSc, EMBA, Certified Chair, Board Member and Property Manager. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset and property management and new business development, personnel and customer satisfaction and sales.

My mission is to create value for owners, customers and personnel by identifying and understanding their needs, delivering high-quality services and leveraging the ongoing megatrends of the markets, urbanisation, digitalisation, asset utilisation, challenges and opportunities in the downturned markets and customer experience. I have a proven track record of growth in revenues, EBITDA, customer and personnel satisfaction and shareholder value. I have also been involved in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and board memberships. I am always eager to learn, evolve and innovate in the dynamic and competitive real estate industry.

I%27ve been in growing and leading companies and I%27ve a proven track record of growth with revenues, EBITDA, personnel&customer satisfaction and creating value to shareholders and customers.

I know the Finnish Property Market from the 1990%27s. I%27ve been into market leader companies in Investment and Asset management (Ovenia, Sponda, Merita/Nordea Real Estate).

I joined Ovenia as the CEO in 2007. My very first task was to create a new winning company strategy. Ovenia has developed since under my leadership Finland%27s largest company in asset and property management. We created strong growth during 2007- 2013 (+500% in revenues and personnel). The company has been profitable during my leadership and most of the KPI objectives have been achieved.

It%27s been great to get to see the changes in the industry since the beginning of the 1990%27s. I believe that the greatest of them are yet to come. The changing financial markets have always had a significant impact on the structural changes in our industry also. Future customers are buying added value and experience to their businesses. Identifying and understanding the customer needs will be in the heart of all successful businesses. The next mega trend, I believe will be the urbanisation and digitalisation of services.
